Refund policy

 

SurfEars New Zealand is committed to risk free buying so we have a 7 day no questions asked returns policy on all items sold on this website. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition including all ticketing and labeling we will exchange or refund.   

You are responsible for the freight charge to return items and we recommend you send these well packaged via registered post as we are not responsible for lost or damaged in transit. Once we have received your return it will be inspected and processed within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. We will ship an exchange to you free of charge and refunds will be issued to the same credit card as the items were originally charged to.
