All orders are sent with NZ Post Courier within 2 working days. We charge a flat fee of $7 NZD nationwide, or freight free for orders above $150.

You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has been dispatched and a tracking number.  If you have not received your order after three days of dispatch please email us at sales@surfears.co.nz

We are the New Zealand distributor for SurfEars, therefore cannot ship internationally.
